"I've been involved with Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration since the 90's and find Hannah's mindful guidance the most spiritual I've encountered. Perhaps it's her Vietnamese Buddhist background. Perhaps her musical training and teaching. Perhaps any number of things but whatever, Hannah is rare gift to my healing as I'm sure she will be for anyone else who joins her in the adventure that Feldenkrais provides. "  J.P. Muhly

Hannah Vo-Dinh developed an autoimmune type of arthritis in her early 20s, which set her upon a 25-year long quest to find solutions to inflammation and pain. While she sometimes found temporary relief from conventional and alternative therapies, many problems persisted. After years of ineffective orthotics, ankle braces and surgery, Feldenkrais helped her recover the ability to walk without pain.

Wanting to share this work with others, she completed a 4 yr / 950 hr training program under educational director David Zemach-Bersin, protege of Dr. Feldenkrais and co-founder of Feldenkrais Resources, the Feldenkrais Institute and Feldenkrais Research Foundation. Top-notch faculty from around the world included Aliza Stewart, Paris Kern, Ruty Bar, Ned Duelle, Olena Nitefor, Julie Francis, Sheryl Fields, Anastasi Siotas, Bob Hunter and Lavinia Plonka.

Certified by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA) to teach Awareness Through Movement® and practice Functional Integration®, Hannah has taught at Frederick County Public Libraries, Common Market, Frederick Community College, All Saints’ Episcopal and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick. She also organized the Frederick Feldenkrais Festivals and has been guest instructor at the DC and Baltimore Feldenkrais Festivals.
