"I've been involved with Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration since the 90's and find Hannah's mindful guidance the most spiritual I've encountered. Perhaps it's her Vietnamese Buddhist background. Perhaps her musical training and teaching. Perhaps any number of things but whatever, Hannah is rare gift to my healing as I'm sure she will be for anyone else who joins her in the adventure that Feldenkrais provides. "  J.P. Muhly

Hannah Vo-Dinh is the owner of MindBody Sense, LLC, adjunct professor at Frederick Community College and a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais®  practitioner .
In her early 20s she developed inflammatory arthritis, which set her upon a decades-long quest to find solutions to inflammation and pain.  While she sometimes found temporary relief from conventional and alternative therapies, many problems persisted.  After years of ineffective orthotics, ankle braces and surgery,  Feldenkrais helped her recover the ability to walk without pain.  What was even more intriguing was that the transformation was not only physical, but psychological.
She was inspired to train in Feldenkrais under the direction of David Zemach-Bersin,  protege of Dr. Feldenkrais and co-founder of Feldenkrais Resources, the Feldenkrais Institute and Feldenkrais Research Foundation.  With 4 yrs / 950 hrs of training , she is authorized by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA) to teach Awareness Through Movement® and Functional Integration®.
Though widely popular in Europe and covered by health insurance in many countries, Feldenkrais is not yet a household name in the U.S.  With so many people suffering unnecessarily, Hannah's mission is to popularize Feldenkrais and bring relief to as many people as possible.
